PIP Student Reps

PIP students contribute significantly to the organisation’s development and direction. Each year, students hold elections to nominate Student Representatives for each of our services. Student reps are the voice of PIP, meeting regularly with management, and also present reports to our trustees and funders. They also facilitate and support an independent representative and consultation process each year. The 2010/2011 PIP Student reps are:

	Adam My name is Adam and I’m a student rep at PIP. I’m 24 and I like coming to PIP because it is fun. I like drama, numeracy and the students’ meeting that we have every Friday. This is my 2nd year at PIP. I have a lot of friends at PIP, and the staff are my friends too. My goal is to be a good student rep, and to get a job in the future. I want to be a London policeman. I will be doing work experience with the police over Christmas. I liked the PIP holiday. We went to Somerset and it was very fun. We fed the animals on the farm and it tickled my hand. It made me laugh. We also made apple juice and it tasted very nice. My favourite thing to do is to go to the pub and eat nice food, and maybe have a beer!
	Luai Hello, my name is Luai and I’m a PIP student rep. I’m 24 years old. I come to PIP at 9 clock in the morning. I do art, drama, and lots of other things. I like PIP because I get to go on holiday, and because the staff and students are good fun. I like everyone at PIP. I went on the PIP holiday. I liked the farm and the animals, especially the dogs and pigs. I like watching football with my friends. I am happy to be a student rep.
	Fitzroy Briggs, SW1 rep My name is Fitzroy Briggs. I am 44 years old. I am the student rep at PIP SW1. I like going to the Healthy Lunch group at SW1. I also like going to the social evenings, my favourite thing to do is to watch movies!
